Warranty & Shipping Policy

At VeldTac SA, we proudly supply genuine AKRA products backed by the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are subject to AKRA's terms and conditions and will be handled in accordance with their policies.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The following warranty coverage applies to AKRA products:

  • Riflescopes: Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects affecting the optical system, mechanical components, and overall construction.
  • Red Dot Optics: Lifetime warranty on the housing and optical components, with a 2-year warranty on electronic and illumination systems.
  • Rangefinding Binoculars & Weapon-Mounted Rangefinders: Lifetime warranty on the housing and optical systems, with a 2-year warranty on electronic components, displays, and rangefinding functions.
  • ORIGIN X Combat: Full lifetime warranty, including electronic components.

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, the manufacturer may repair the product or provide a replacement of the same or an equivalent model.

Warranty Exclusions

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, or battery replacement.
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, incorrect installation, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose.
  • Products that have been disassembled or repaired by unauthorised persons.

Warranty Claims

Customers wishing to submit a warranty claim should contact VeldTac SA with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assist in facilitating the claim process with the manufacturer.
